You are responsible to pay for your tournament fees at the club house before we tee off â€“ SO PLEASE BE EARLY! Tournament limited to 12 teams (48 golfers) so sign up soon in the Valleyview foyer or contact Pastor Dave Murphy.<br><br>TOURNAMENT COSTS: <br>Greens Fees: $30 per person (includes cart). Pay at the Pheasant Hill Club House before you tee off. BE EARLY!<br><br>Registration Fee: In addition to greens fee, you must pay a $5 non-refundable registration fee by June 2nd. Contact Pastor Dave Murphy.<br><br>FUNDRAISER â€“ MULLIGANS: <br>You can purchase one â€˜mulliganâ€™ (â€œdo-overâ€) per player â€“ maximum four per team â€“ for $10 per mulligan. All proceeds go toward helping the Valleyview youth attend the Life 2013 national youth conference. Mulligans must be purchased in advance.
